Some Exercises that Men Can Do for Better Sex

I think that you know by now that physical exercise can do wonders for your entire body.
Not only will you be able to maintain optimal function, but it also helps you become so much better when it comes to sex. In other words, if you are fit and healthy, you can make her happy.
That notion is seconded by exercise physiologist, Pete McCall. He said that exercising for at least 3-4 times a week will ensure that your body is going to be in tip-top shape.
He also added that there are some specific exercises that can help you become better in bed, so if you want to know what they are, do read through the rest of the article.
Before I begin, you should start exercising at least 3-4 times a week while also taking the right supplements for men to ensure optimal health and performance.
With that being said, here are some exercises that men can do for better sex:
Kegels
Kegel exercises, named after its proponent, Arnold Kegel, are known to strengthen your Pubococcygeus muscle or pelvic floor muscles (as it’s otherwise called).
Your pelvic floor muscles are the ones that are responsible for helping you control your urine midstream. Since your urine and semen’s pathway are the same, controlling this very muscle can help you solve both problems, if ever you are plagued with ED or PE.
Anyway, if you want to perform some Kegels, you’d want to locate your PC muscles first by putting a finger (or two) on the area just below your balls and before you reach the
anus.
Once you urinate and stop midstream, your PC muscles should move. To perform Kegel exercises, you just have to squeeze (or flex) the muscle and hold it for a short period of time. Start by holding it for 10 seconds and releasing it for 5. Rinse and repeat, three times a day.
Resistance Training
Resistance or strength training should also be a part of your fitness routine. That is because lifting weights is known to boost testosterone production in men, which is a precursor that helps men become better in bed (as well as improve their sexual stamina in the process).
Make sure that you perform a complete full-body workout throughout the week. To help you make a great program that will work for you, work with a personal trainer.
Swimming
Speaking of full-body workout, swimming can actually improve both your mind and body. Swimming is one of the only activities that can work all of your muscle groups at the same time.
Swim for at least 30 minutes, 3 times a week, so that you can increase your sexual endurance.
Yoga
Strength training can help you boost your testosterone production, as well as making your muscles grow stronger. However, doing those alone can affect your overall flexibility.
To help balance things out, perform yoga a few times a week. Yoga will help improve your flexibility, making you able to perform different sex positions that you previously thought were impossible.
